WebNX Global Services Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LeadExpo mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect two types of data to provide our service:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your Name, Company Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
• Lead Data: Data you collect using the app (e.g., visitor forms, OCR scans, notes). You retain ownership of this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Usage Data: Anonymous metrics on app performance and feature usage to improve our services.

Device Permissions

To provide specific features like OCR and saving contacts, we require the following permissions:

• Camera: Used to scan physical business cards for OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and QR codes. Images processed are used solely for data extraction.
• Contacts (Read/Write): Used to allow you to save captured lead details directly to your device's phone book. We do not upload your personal contact list to our servers.
• Storage: Used to save exported reports (PDF, Excel, CSV) to your device.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the LeadExpo service.
• To process OCR scans and form submissions.
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
• To send administrative information (e.g., updates, security alerts).
• To provide customer support.

3. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
• Access Control: Only authorized personnel have access to backend systems.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use secure, ISO-certified cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), subject to confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile directly in the app.
• Data Export: You can export your collected leads at any time via the Dashboard.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data via the GDPR Settings page inside the app or by contacting support.

6. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
